At Parker Mason Wellness, we’re proud to be a women-led clinic founded by Nurse Practitioners Margaret Macomson and Sarah Parker. Meet Margaret Macomson
Nurse Practitioner
Margaret Macomson is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience helping patients feel strong, balanced, and empowered in their health journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNC Greensboro (Cum Laude) and her Master’s in Nursing from Duke University (Summa Cum Laude), blending clinical excellence with a whole-person approach to care.
Margaret specializes in anti-aging and regenerative wellness, with a focus on peptide therapy, fitness-guided weight loss, and evidence-based treatments that support long-term vitality. She also has advanced training in hormone optimization—including thyroid health and menopause management—allowing her to create personalized plans that restore energy, boost confidence, and support overall wellbeing. As someone who incorporates many of these therapies into her own life, Margaret brings not just knowledge, but authenticity and inspiration to her practice.
Outside the clinic, Margaret finds joy in running, traveling, and setting bold goals—like completing a half marathon in every U.S. state. She believes it’s never too late to feel amazing in your body and live a life full of energy and purpose.

Meet Sarah Parker
Nurse Practitioner
Sarah Parker is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience helping patients feel empowered, energized, and in control of their health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ramapo College of New Jersey (Cum Laude) and completed her Master’s in Nursing at Duke University.
Sarah’s clinical passion lies in hormone optimization, with advanced training in thyroid health, perimenopause, and menopause care. She takes a comprehensive, root-cause approach to hormone imbalances—helping patients reclaim their energy, improve metabolic function, and feel like themselves again. She also specializes in medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and nutrition, blending science with lifestyle to support sustainable, long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys experimenting with healthy recipes and turning everyday meals into nourishing, feel-good experiences. Her goal is always the same: to support patients in living healthier, more vibrant lives—at every stage.
