Microneedling, Collagen Induction Therapy

Our advanced microneedling packages are performed by highly trained, expert providers to ensure safe, precise, and effective treatments tailored to your skin’s needs.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment that uses a medical-grade device with fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These tiny channels stimulate your body’s natural healing response, triggering increased production of collagen and elastin, the structural proteins responsible for firm, smooth, youthful skin. Over time, this process helps improve fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven texture, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin tone.

Each package includes monthly microneedling sessions strategically spaced to support ongoing collagen remodeling. Treatments may be enhanced with advanced regenerative options such as exosomes, salmon-derived DNA (polydeoxyribonucleotide or PDRN), amino acids, or a customized combination of these therapies.

Exosomes contain powerful signaling molecules that help support cellular communication, accelerate repair, and enhance collagen production. Salmon-derived DNA (PDRN) is a highly purified form of nucleotides that supports tissue repair and regeneration at the cellular level. It works by stimulating fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen, while also helping to reduce inflammation and improve skin hydration and elasticity. Amino acids provide the essential building blocks required for collagen synthesis and structural skin support.

Following each session, you’ll use a custom post-procedure cream containing GHK-Cu, Estriol, and Azelaic Acid. Hylenex Treatments

For Migrated or Old Dermal Filler – Gentle, Precise Correction

Over time, dermal filler can migrate, shift, or lose balance, especially as facial structure and skin change. In these cases, adding more filler is not always the best solution. A strategic reset can restore natural harmony and improve future results.

At Parker Mason Wellness, we offer filler dissolving treatments using Hylenex (hyaluronidase) to safely dissolve unwanted or migrated hyaluronic acid filler. Hylenex allows us to soften overfilled areas, correct asymmetry, and create a clean foundation before placing new filler when appropriate.

Our providers perform full-face assessment, not isolated spot treatments. This ensures that filler dissolving and any future filler placement support overall facial balance, symmetry, and natural beauty rather than an overdone appearance.

Patient comfort is a priority. We use topical lidocaine and lidocaine mixed with injectable Hylenex to significantly reduce discomfort during the procedure. Our goal is refreshed, natural looking results that enhance your features, never alter them.

As a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic in my 40s, I was steadily gaining weight and becoming very unhealthy. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I needed to make some major life changes.
