After the consultation, if you would like to move forward with our services, we will schedule your first video-telehealth visit with one of our skilled nurse practitioners. At that visit, we will review your paperwork, order labs, and discuss treatment options that are specifically tailored to you and your goals.

We offer video telehealth appointments on nights and weekends.

We do not accept insurance at this time, as some of our services may not be covered by insurance. We offer cash pricing. For commercial insurance holders, we offer a “super bill”, which you can submit to your commercial insurance company for possible reimbursement. At this time, super bill for reimbursement is not available to those with Medicare/Medicaid. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement.
